任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,从事化学化工、材料等相关专业;有丰富的石油石化领域,能源材料学科知识,分析技术及解决问题的实践经验者优先。
2.具备市场敏感度,能够为所支持的产品进行市场宏观调研,发掘潜在商业目标机会,对大行业方向的把控和信息收集能力佳。
3.对化学工程和油品质量控制部门有一定了解,对市场推广和销售工作有基本的逻辑理解。
4.善于与人沟通,能够及时对销售进行技术支持,解答客户问题。
5.能够找到收集客户信息的渠道,并协同其他团队开发出适合公司的客户覆盖的方法。
6.具备化学化工,石油石化,能源材料类行业工作经验2年以上者优先。
7.能够适应短期出差工作。
8.英语口语能够应对日常交流,读写熟练。
9.能够参与团队合作,也具备独立完成任务的能力。能够引导团队按时、高质量完成任务。善于学习新知识。
岗位职责:
1.负责产品的售前技术支持,市场开发及应用支持工作。
2.所负责产品的重点客户及渠道的开发和管理。
3.公司会对所负责产品制定业绩要求并考核。
4.了解所负责产品在全球的市场发展趋势和前景。
5.对公司员工及经销商进行产品培训。
6.对特定行业会议,行业论坛,学术圈有一定调研和接触,并与市场营销团队和产品团队一起从技术领域开发产品推广的渠道。
7.为客户提供技术介绍,组织、参与研讨会和交流会,进行样品测试。

Job Title:Product Management Specialist
Requirement:
1.Major in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, bachelor degree and above is preferred. Has full knowledge of petroleum and petrochemical & energy and materials science filed and experience on technical analysis and problem solving.
2.Be sensitive to market trend of products be responsible for, could do market survey and help team to dig out potential opportunities.
3.Has basic knowledge of quality control lab in petroleum and petrochemical industry and basic logic of marketing & selling.
4.Be adept in communication and doing technical support for customer.
5.Find channels to cover targeted customer or work with teams to cover those customers.
6.Has over 2 years of experience on the field of petroleum and petrochemical or material science company is preferred.
6. Could accept short-term business trip.
7. Able to use oral English during daily communication and be skilled in written and read.
8. Good at team work and also be able to work alone. Good at learning.
Responsible:
1.Be responsible for pre-sale technical support, marketing promotion and application development support.
2.KA customer & channel development and management.
3.Be responsible for the performance of brands you are dealing with.
4.Be aware of the market trend of responsible product globally.
5.Internal training towards employee and dealers.
6.Be responsible for organize and on-site support of marketing events like industrial conference or seminar to set up connection with Guru.
7.Help customer do sample testing and optimize process.
