1. Project leader for R&D projects, including interacting with the customer to understand the requirements, internal coordinating, international communications, project management and so on.

2. Mechanical design for motor structure to ensure design solutions meeting customer's requirements with optimized cost, aligning with the manufacturing process and so on.

3. Support other functions both in Qingdao plant and Mexico plant from the technical side.

Requirements:

1. Master degree and working experience at least 3 years in the technical area.

2. Has experience of motor design and project management.

3. Good at English and project management.
