83 Leadership and Team Development: Provide direction and support to store managers and team members, ensuring a positive work environment and high morale. Enhance the skills and knowledge of team members through training and communication.

83 Sales and Operations Management: Set and achieve sales targets for each store. Monitor store operations, including inventory management, product display, and store maintenance. Coordinate with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand representation across stores.

83 Customer Service: Encourage a customer-focused culture among team members. Oversee and improve CRM and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Gather feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement.

83 Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends. Collaborate with other departments to propose and implement marketing and promotional activities to drive store traffic and sales. Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and store events to enhance brand awareness and sales performance.

83 Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments such as Merchandising, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance to achieve common goals.

【任职要求】

83 At least 8-10 years’ hands-on experience in retail. Minimum 3 years’ multi-store management with solid retail operation experiences. Experience in footwear would be a plus.

83 Initiative with strong entrepreneurship; business-driven and detail-oriented.

83 Mature, resilient and able to work under fast pace.

83 Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills.
