工艺开发工程师

1) Improve current design and processes for increased yield, better reliability or lower cost.

2) Assist team in the development of fundamental understanding of materials properties, behavior, processes, and equipment for improving existing products.

3) Work with PE counterpart in the same functional area troubleshoot in existing products.

4) Provide technical support for plant activities.

REQUIREMENTS 任职资格

Education Level or Equivalent Experience: 教育程度或相关经历

1) Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, or related field.

化学、化工、材料科学或相关专业本科学历。

2) Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, or related field.

化学、化工、材料科学或相关专业应届生

Basic Knowledge and Skills

1) Proficient in English (oral and written)

2) Computer proficiency.

3) Good communication skills.

4) Application of design of experiments: DOE.

5) Operation, maintenance and safety related to equipment and testing methods used in the lab area

6) Statistical methods of data analysis.

基础知识和技能

1) 良好的英语口语和书面语。

2) 熟悉使用电脑。

3) 良好的沟通能力。

4) 具备实验设计相关经验；

5) 实验室区域设备和测试相关的安全操作和维护。

6) 精通数据分析和统计。
