农场规划设计师

1.基于项目设计经理、客户、销售和现场访问提供的信息，深入了解客户农场所在地的需求。

Deeply understand the clients needs of the farm location based on the information provided by Project Design Manager, clients, sales and onsite visits.

2.在不同气候和景观下设计完整的农场项目，包括大棚、区块设计、排水、土方计算和关键结构，以满足客户需求。

Design full farm projects with parts list in a range of different climates and landscapes including tunnels, block design, drainage, Earthwork02calculation, key structures to fulfill client needs.

3.在销售团队支持下与Haygrove客户沟通，确保他们完全理解设计，并能够根据客户需求灵活调整。

Communicate with Haygrove clients (with Sales Team support) to ensure they fully understand the design and can be flexible to make adjustments based on clients needs.

4.访问客户现场，确保基于 CAD 和谷歌地球地图的设计是可行的。

Visit client sites to ensure designs based on CAD and Google Earth maps are feasible.

5.与项目设计经理、产品经理和销售团队合作，推进大棚设计创新。

Work with Project Design Manager, Product Manager and Sales Team to recommend innovations to tunnel design.

岗位要求Job Requirements:

1.相关领域的学士学位，2-4年隧道设计、隧道施工或灌溉设计经验。

Bachelor's Degree in related field,2-4 years of experience in tunnel design, tunnel construction, or irrigation design.

2.精通CAD,南方Cass及办公软件。

Be proficient with AutoCAD, CASS and Micorsoft.

3.对大棚和农场需求有扎实的理解，包括排水、土方计算以及泵房等关键结构的位置。

Solid understanding of tunnels and requirements of farming, including drainage, Earthwork02calculation, and location of key structures like Pump Houses.

4.积极主动，对创新和***实践充满热情，致力于在不同气候和景观中设计出***农场。

Be proactive and always passionate for innovation and best practice by designing best farms in range of different climates and landscapes.
