设计（副）总监-男子

PURPOSE: Establish and evolve the design direction for assigned category/product line to meet the Brands goals and maintain leadership in the sporting goods industry.  Direct and inspire the team to achieve annual business objectives and targets. RESPONSIBILITIES : ·        Establish,maintain and nurture the design direction within assigned categories/sports, communicating with Creative Director. ·        Manage and foster creativity within the design team to ensure that the company creates and manufactures products that meet the needs of consumers and customers. ·        Motivate,manage the design team with the goal to maintain the Descente Design DNA. ·        Set clear objectives, monitor progress, offer help and critique for the design centers and their teams. ·        Work closely with MD and Development to maintain in quality of concepts and projects. ·        Represent the companies design philosophy and – direction to internal and external partners, other industries. ·        Manage direct reports (objective setting, assessments, training and development) in cooperation with HR partners. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES : ·        Profound Apparel design Fabric,Trim, Graphic knowledge, credible expertise. ·        Holistic thinker – can establish and drive end-to-end design strategy and initiatives. ·        Inspirational and visionary leader ·        Strong presentation, planning and analytical skills. ·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills ·        Strong influence skills QUALIFICATIONS: BA or MA in Fashion design/ Sport Performance design/ Accessories design or comparable education Minimum Eight (8) years experience in Sports Apparel design, Three (3) years at the managerial level. Minimum 2 years performance design experience. (Concept creation and development. Not SMU design) Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
