【Responsibilities】

- Supervise your engagement field team, including the completion of performance reviews and providing on-site training;

- Providing guidance, coaching and constructive feedback to team members;

- Assisting with the preparation of audit proposals and presentations;

- Work on other types of engagements such as review engagements, agreed-upon-procedure engagements and so on;

- Liaise with your own portfolio of clients throughout the year to agree on and set timetables;

- Act as the audit in-charge for larger clients to perform the briefing and lead the team to deliver the audit;

- Maintain regular communication with the line manager, partner and client on issues and the progress of the engagement

【Experience】

- At least three years relevant audit experience;

- Self-starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving;

- Strong business awareness and ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions;

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English;

- With the ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure;

- Socially confident with good diplomacy and organizational skills

- Qualified CPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
