职位描述
61 Responsible for collection, analysis and consolidation of the recruitment information and recruitment plan implementation.
负责招聘需求信息的收集、分析、整理,并实施招聘计划;
61 Conduct the recruitment, including the information release, resume selection, interview and evaluation.
招聘实施,招聘信息发布、简历筛选、面试与评估,确保人员按时到岗;
61 Follow the procedures of offer sending, new employees' boarding and probation evaluation management.
录用流程的跟进,新员工入职手续及试用期考核管理,确保试用期及时考核;
61 Maintain the personal files and contract management as well as the system information input to ensure the HR information updated in a timely manner.
员工的档案和合同的管理维护,系统信息导入,确保人事信息及时有效地更新;
61 Consolidate and update the recruitment status and conduct the weekly and monthly report.
招聘情况的整理及更新,招聘周报及月报的制作;
61 Analyze and consolidate training needs and source training program and implement annual training plan, figure out budget and optimize training process to align with Business development
分析和整合培训的需求和培训计划资源,制定和执行年度培训,制定培训预算和优化培训方法与业务的发展保持一致;
61 Develop and Implement career planning system, policies and procedures, which should well balance between the personal aspirations and company views; Setting up corporation culture work;
发展和执行职业生涯规定的制度,政策和程序使其很好地平衡个人的期望与公司的价值观的发展,建立企业文化的工作;
61 Establish and maintain business staff technical training system and ensure all training records and training facilitation process are align with requirements;
评估和维持业务部门技能的培训制度确保培训的记录和培训的指导方法能够满足其要求;
61 Develop career development plan for the staff according to HQ guideline;
根据总部的指导方针为员工制定职业生涯发展计划;
61 Build up talent pool and Core position replacement plan
建立内部人才库以及核心岗位的替换计划;
61 Training internal trainer and responsible for most of company internal training;
为内部培训培养公司的内部讲师;
61 Report training program evaluation result & provide improvement suggestions;
提供培训项目评估报告及改善建议;
61 Monitor training database & communication, Manage external training vendor incl: contracting, contents, trainers & pricing, etc;
监控培训的数据库及进行及时沟通,管理外部的培训供应商(包括合同、内容、讲师及价格等)
61 Accomplish other related tasks assigned in the framework of legitimate authorization.
在合情、合理、合法情形下完成公司安排的其他与人力资源相关的工作。
