职位描述

This position is responsible to develop the learning and development strategy to drive the performance of employee to meet the company’s current and future needs. Manage the company’s training by conducting needs assessments and develop appropriate programs. Source the external vendors and manage ongoing relationship and to deploy the curriculums with specific needs. Coordinate employee’s participation and feedbacks in the designed training programs.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the learning and development strategy which is in line with the company’s current and future needs.
- Collect, analyze and identify the learning calendar and deployment plan based on business needs and budget.
- Communicate the learning and development programs, results and related processes on a regular basis to ensure all employees are fully aware of the learning programs.
- Lead to deploy all required learning programs professionally in the target markets in cost effective way and with high quality.
- Review and improve learning and development programs from time to time to keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry
- Source and evaluate external vendors to conduct the training with specific needs; manage their relationships to ensure the quality of design and delivery is of the highest standard and in line with the budget.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR management, Business or related discipline is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in Learning & Development role in multi-national organization.
- Certified professional trainer with excellent training & facilitation, presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and good communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
