职位描述
1. To conduct reliability testing of household appliances, monitor progress and analyze the results of life testing of NPD/maintenance samples，components and sub assemblies as provided by VS and production samples as provided by OPSI

2. To lead and train technicians in reliability testing area

3. To provide a trusted and dependable service to your colleagues in DGDK and overseas that exceeds their expectations

4. To ensure all work is completed on time to the agreed requirements

5. To promptly report all non-conformances to the responsible engineer to ensure quick corrective action

6. To write and issue life test reports including monthly summary report

7. To design and develop life test fixtures and where necessary supervise the design and construction of fixtures by outside suppliers

8. To monitor the quality and quantity of work performed by the life test room inspectors

9. To support and/or lead 5S, equipments managing activities in life test team

requirements
1. College or above in related disciplines.
大专以上学历.
2. Min. 2 years solid experience in quality assurance and control at factory for Household appliances or accessories
至少2年在家用电器或配件工厂的质量保证和控制方面的丰富经验
3. Knowledge and experience of technical, production, quality management and product safety / functions.
需要有技术、生产、质量管理和产品安全/功能方面的知识和经验。
4. Good verbal and written English (need to report and meeting with English) and Chinese - Mandarin.
良好的英语口语和书面水平（需要用英语报告和会面）。
5. Good IT skills especially in the use of MS-Office applications.
