1. Ensure compliance to local EHS laws and regulations requirements for site operations;

2. Act as site EHS head to drive Huizhou site set up and maintain EHS management system;

3. Implement country and global EHS requirements; Provide EHS technical support to site management team for EHS issues to achieve EHS excellence.

4. Set up and Maintain ISO45001 & ISO14000 System and drive continuous improvement.

5. Ensure the EHS laws and regulation compliance for the current facility, business and new projects;

6. Ensure all applicable external and internal requirements are fulfilled through the implementation of corporate EHS standard, EHS policy/SOP/work guidance;

7. Set up company EHS committee, work with the committee members as one team to continuously improve site safety performance;

8. Organize periodical hazard identification, risk assessment, EHS inspections and internal audits. Follow up the corrective and preventive actions with responsible units;

9. Regularly review the emergency response system, organize drills internally and with external parties. Review result and lead the improvement measures;

10. Deliver and coordinate effective EHS training to company employees and to relevant company vendors or/contractors;

11. Lead on the EHS related management measures implementation to build up/enhance the EHS culture in the company;

12. Attend government organized EHS meetings, convey relevant message to company management team, coordinate gap analysis and fulfillment/ compliance efforts;

13. Ensure updated EHS laws, regulations and requirements are obtained on time. Keep close contact with related authority get necessary EHS approval/license for daily operations;

14. Coordinate periodically EHS related monitoring/test.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree;

2. With at least 6 years’ MNC EHS working experience;

3. Hold certificated safety engineer license is preferred;

4. Good writing and basic oral English;

5. Familiar with OHSAS18000 & ISO14000

6. EHS training skill, those who attended TTT (train the trainer) course is preferred;

7. Familiar with work permit system;

8. Fire prevention knowledge and chemical safety knowledge is preferred.
