61 Lead financial cost center planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts for the company, ensuring alignment with short-term objectives and strategic goals.

61 Develop detailed financial models and profitability analysis to provide actionable insights, design and maintain real-time management reporting dashboards (using Power BI) to enable data-driven decision-making for business heads.

61 Manage net working capital optimization (receivables, payables, inventory) and cash flow forecasting in line with global policies.

61 Oversee cost center-level planning and monthly performance monitoring at business lines and product level.

61 Coordinate with the local finance shared service center (SSC) to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and reconciliations.

61 Ad hoc analysis per business requirement

Internal Control & Compliance

61 Implement and monitor global internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.

61 Conduct periodic risk assessments and lead remediation of internal/ external audit findings.

61 Partner with the Tax Manager to ensure accurate monthly tax filings (VAT, CIT, surcharges), transfer pricing compliance, and adherence to local/ international tax regulations.

Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

61 Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving sustainable growth through cross-functional collaboration and financial discipline.

61 Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

61 Liaise with regional/global HQ teams to standardize processes and align with corporate strategies.

61 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance major.

61 5+ years' working experience in financial management position.

61 Rich experience with SAP ERP system and PBI is must.

61 Fluent English skills for communication in oral and written form.

61 Proactive, mature and good communication with cross functions.

61 High teamwork spirit.
