职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.mainly focus on customer service after sales, deal with quality claims.
主要负责售后客户服务,处理质量投诉 。
2.onsite sorting and confirm quality issues and drive customer to solve issue based on company benefit.
根据公司利益,对质量问题进行现场整理和确认,并推动客户解决问题 。
3.lead non-conforming issue team review and draft 8D or PSR for customers
领导不合格品团队评审并为客户起草8D或PSR 。
4.coach internally to improve product quality based on customer claims.
在客户要求的基础上指导公司内部提高产品质量 。
5.Initiate and monitor corrective and preventive actions for customer complaint and internal quality problem.
在客户要求的基础上指导公司内部提高产品质量 。
6.Provide quality trainings to improve product and process quality cotrol
提供质量培训以提高产品和过程的质量控制 。
Requirements
1.Minimum 5 years experience in an automotive industrial environment, preferably quality control on customer service.
2.Bachelor degree prefered.
3.Familiar with IATF16949 Management tools, especially on 8D and PSR.
4.Familiar with local OEM requirement and experience on customer service from quality perspectives.
