机械设计工程师 Mechanical Designer

Responsible for non-standard equipment mechanical design and development independently

Responsible for design new tooling and fixtures for new projects independently

Collaborate with process engineer to optimize existing fixtures to improve change-over time and productivity

Be able to implement design review with supplier, provide reasonable optimization concept, archive the project data as request

Technical support and coordination in the manufacturing and commissioning of MAE

Cooperate with mechanical engineer to finish MAE installation, commissioning, rectification, delivery, acceptance & technical training

Complete other tasks arranged by the supervisor

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent degree in related technical field

Expertise of using mechanical design software Solidworks & CAD

Computer skill in Excel, Word, & Outlook

Chinese, English language skills

8+ years relevant experience on non-standard equipment development.

Knowledge of servo control system, electric screwdriver, servo pressing system and vision system
