Hardware Application Engineer (职位编号：芯片研发)

1.Responsible for customer application support activities and system solutions for Ethernet switch and physical layer products and their application in In-Vehicle Networks (IVN)

2.Respond to technical questions from our customer base and provide support for designing with NXP Ethernet products

3.Reproduction and verification of issues reported by customers; if necessary, on-site support to identify and debug problems

4.Create customer facing technical documents such as application notes, white papers, FAQ’s, product trainings, etc

5.Initiate and develop reference designs and product or solution demonstrators

6.Cooperate with other application teams within NXP and external 3rd parties to create complete system solution packages and eco-system

7.Trainings and workshops with automotive manufacturers and their electronic subsystem suppliers

8.Contribute to thought leadership activities through conferences, trade fairs, articles, etc

Requirements:

1.University degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, or similar

2.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, cross-cultural mind-set

3.Independent working style, fast learner, creative and open for new ideas

4.Fluent in English

5.Hardware development experiences, using system-on-chip semiconductors & other electronic components

6.Experiences in high-speed serial communication networks

7.Knowledge of Ethernet network implementations is a plus

8.Hands-on hardware experience, incl. hardware bring-up and hardware optimisation

9.Problem solving and debug capabilities

10.Knowledge of microcontrollers, software, low level drivers and configuration scripts is a plus

11.Dealing with multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams and able to drive topics to a conclusion

12.Ability to communicate clearly, paying attention to details and the unique needs of different audiences

13.Talent to build strong relationships both to internal and external customers
