2、 Maintain communication with customer for obtaining project specification and requirement. Obtain forecast information

from BD for capacity planning

3、 Ensure RFQ, DFM, FMEA, capacity planning, budget and capital expenditure requirement are done as required

4、 Build accurate BOM & Routing during NPI stage and ensure good maintenance

5、Ensure project timeline and quality is met according to customer requirement.

6、 Respond and act promptly to changes from customer on delivery and forecast

7、Organize and form project team from relevant functional departments

8、 Introduce the project through project initialization meeting (PIM) to Operation

9、 Work closely with BD Manger and site GM/OM to report project status according to defined frequency

10、 Set project expectation and measure performance of team members and subordinates

11、 Lead and chair problem solving meeting to resolve project issues

12、 Escalate to management whenever there is high risk affecting project execution

13、 Establish and maintain team strength through proper staffing61

14、Build strong teamwork through communication, motivation and development of team members

15、 Seek continuous improvement and cost saving ideas/opportunities

16、 Handle confidentiality is a MUST
