2.Planandoptimizegamecontentandlocalizationbasedonoperationalneedsandoverseasuserdemands；
3.Developvarioustestinganddistributionstrategiesfordifferentcountriesandregions,collectingoverseasuserdataandfeedback；
4.Determinetheoperationalandcommercializationpacebasedontheoperationalrhythm,followinguponspecificdesignandimplementationtoensuretheachievementofoverseasoperationalgoals。
任职要求
1.Bachelor'sdegreeorabove,3+years'experienceingamedevelopmentoroperations,2+years'experienceinoverseasgameoperationsorpublishing；
2.In-depthknowledgeofoverseasmarketsandusers,familiaritywithoverseasoperationalprocesses；
3.Hands-onexperienceingamedevelopment/operations,FPSproductexperienceispreferred；
4.Possessexcellentteamcollaborationskills,strongcommunicationandexecutionabilities,andaresponsibleworkethic；
5.Englishastheworkinglanguage,candidateswithproficiencyinotherlanguagesisaplus。
