实验室经理（体外/毒理）

Responsible for the establishment, operation and management system of the entire in vitro laboratory.

工作职责

1、

1、建立化妆品体外实验室，可以对外承接体外毒理、体外功效以及研发性项目

Resposible for establishment of cosmetics in vitro laboratory, can be undertaken in vitro toxicology, in vitro efficacy and research and development projects

2、

2、建立实验室的管理体系，包括质量管理、技术管理等

3、 Resposible for the establishment of laboratory management system, including quality management, technical management, etc.

4、

3、可以向销售提供技术咨询、培训等支持工作

5、 Can provide technical advice, training and other support to sales

6、

4、带领团队建立全面的服务能力 Lead the team to build a full service capability

任职要求：

1、 教育水平和专业要求：生化或医学博士学历

Education level and professional requirements: biochemistry or medical doctorate degree

2、 任职经验：≥3年及以上工作经验，能独立开展实验，也能指导、带领团队

Experience: ≥3 years and above, able to carry out experiments independently, also able to supervise and lead the team

3、 知识：具备充分的体外相关知识和技能 Knowledge: with sufficient in vitro related knowledge and skills
