Distribution Planning AM

- Monitor the delivery of new product launch, co-work with warehouse team for goods receiving in time

- Monthly regrouping of seasonal products to optimize sell through

- Monitor My Store Reverse, My Product Request and their compliance rate

- Manage international or interzone transfers, ensure the coordination of deliveries

- Retail wish list fulfillment with stock push or store to store transfer

- Assist on New store openings, Big scale, and POP UP events stock build

- OBS review and return push

- E- comm backorder management and follow up

- Push stores to clean reservations by monthly basis

Additional Requests

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, esp. Microsoft Excel related data analysis

- Strong Excel data analysis

- Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly and efficiently

- Excellent English speaking and smooth communication skills
