We are looking for a Data & Project Coordinator to analyse business data and manage projects effectively. This role involves data analysis, reporting, and project coordination to support strategic decisions and streamline operations. This position is fully on-site at the Shenzhen Amazon Office.

Your Role

· Analyse data using SQL (preferably Oracle SQL) to identify trends and insights.

· Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

· Perform advanced data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

· Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.

· Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and align technical solutions with business needs.

· Communicate findings and project updates to stakeholders.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation strategies.

To Succeed in This Role

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.

· Experience in data analysis, reporting, and project coordination.

· Strong proficiency in SQL, preferably Oracle SQL.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication and organizational abilities.

· High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.

· Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.
