● 0 SHE incident，0 lost time case, 0 PSI case.
● Off-spec batch and customer compliant management.
● Processing cost & Yield control。
● Continuous improvement.

Qualifications：
What makes you a good fit
● Bachelor degree, Master is preferred. Major in Chemical or Chemistry & Petrochemical.
● Logical thinking, gool trouble shooting skill.
● Basic English communication.
