Position Responsibilities:
- Follow up the projects in the department.
- Provide support to customer, including document preparation and other routine work required.
- Communicate and cooperate with other functions according to project needs.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good logical thinking ability, active customer service spirit.
Requirement:
- Fluent speaking and writing English.
- Being able to handle multiple tasks.
- Being able to organize messages, requests, and tasks according to level of urgency / priority.
- Good computer skills in Excel and Word.
- Willingness to travel domestically more than 50% of the time.
