Senior System Engineer 高级系统工程师（Linux运维)

1、Design, deployment, and administration of Linux server infrastructures with focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and other distributions (SUSE, Ubuntu, CentOS) across our international locations (Switzerland headquarters and Portugal site).

2、Development of global infrastructure concepts for standardized deployment and operation across all company sites.

3、Implementation and management of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) based on Nutanix, with additional expertise in Red Hat Virtualization and OpenShift.

4、Creation of globally applicable solution architectures meeting international compliance and security requirements.

5、Automation of system tasks using such as Ansible, Bash, or Python for efficient multinational operations.

6、Troubleshooting complex Linux system and storage issues in collaboration with our global IT team.

7、Planning and maintenance of systems according to international best practices and corporate standards.

Requirements:

1、5+ years Linux server administration experience (RHEL focus, other distributions a plus).

2、Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, IT or related field.

3、Experience with international infrastructure concepts and global rollout strategies

4、Expertise Red Hat technologies (Nutanix HCI is a plus)

5、Scripting/automation skills (Bash, Python, Ansible)

6、Certifications preferred (RHCSA/RHCE, Nutanix NCP)

7、Huawei networking experience is a plus (routing, firewalls, VPN)

8、Windows environment experience is a plus (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO)

9、Virtualization/containerization knowledge (KVM, Docker, Kubernetes)

10、Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for international collaboration and documentation.

11、German or Portuguese language skills are a big plus for regional coordination.
