City orientation 城市向导；

Negotiating with the landlord / preparing contract / signing the contract 与房东协商，准备合同及签订合同；

Arrange the customer's moving in and moving out. 安排客户的入住与搬出；

Deal with the customer's any problems during living in. 在客户居住期间处理任何可能存在的问题；

Maintain the relationshio between Maxxelli and the customer and their company. 维护公司与客户及客户公司的关系；

Assist other colleagues when they need help 协助其他同事共同完成工作。

Requirements:

Fluent spoken and written English and Korean 流利的英文写作和表达；

Good knowledge of Office software 熟练使用office办公软件；

Fast learner and open minded 学习能力强和开放思维；

Can work under pressure 能处理来自工作的压力；

Good communication skills 良好的交流能力；

A good team worker 团队合作精神。
