Summary: 概要/总结
The Sourcing Engineer will be responsible for key commodities such Heat Sink, Heat Pipe, Extrusion, Fin, Base, Plate and Coil etc. management including - handling daily RFQ, developing and implementing the commodity sourcing strategy through analysis of global markets, raw material trends, technology, value chain analysis, and long term sourcing plans. Perform industry research to identify qualified supplier candidates to meet company’s needs. Benchmark best in class suppliers.
开发采购工程师负责重要产品如散热片、热管、铝挤、鳍片、底板、卷料等的采购及管理，有液冷板相关零件采购经验优先考虑；
包含日常RFQ询报价，通过对全球市场、原材料趋势、技术和价值链进行分析，并结合长期采购计划来制定我们的开发和执行物料采购的策略。同时进行行业调查来识别有资质的能满足公司要求的潜在供应商，并设定最优供应商的标杆。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 主要职责
1.Handle daily RFQ in timely manner and identify appropriate suppliers for specific project/part.
及时处理日常RFQ并识别特定项目/物料对应合适的供应商。
2.Review supplier’s quotation and conduct deep analysis to justify the cost.
审查供应商报价并深度分析确认成本。
3.Develop suppliers according to business needs.
根据需要开发新供应商。
4.Review supplier DFM/exceptions and communicate to cross function team. 审查供应商DFM/异议部分并和交叉功能小组沟通。
5.Understand type of supplier relationship required, ongoing oversight of supplier relationships with responsibilities for all commercial aspects including negotiations, contracts, partnerships etc.
理解供应商关系需求类别，持续管理供应商关系，负责所有商业方面包含谈判，合同和伙伴关系等。
6.Source, qualify and approve new suppliers together with SQM team for existing/new commodities to enhance our supplier base to meet or exceed customer’s expectations.
联合SQM团队实现现有和新物料的采购、验证和批准流程，以便加强我们供应商BASE来达到或超越客户的期望。
7.Works with internal customers to ensure specifications and statements of work are appropriate, manages performance to project schedules and enforces the supplier obligation to meet such schedules for the tasks or products required.和内部客户协作确保规格和工作说明书准确适合，管理供应商绩效以及推动供应商义务满足项目安排实现所需支持。
8.Travel to various supplier locations to investigate new opportunities, improve manufacturing efficiencies, and resolve any supply chain or quality issues.
需要出差到不同供应商来调查新的机会，改善制程效率，解决各种不同供应链和品质问题。
9.Monitor various supplier performance metrics including related value elements, performance trends and risk analysis to ensure category strategy is working and corrective action taken when needed.
监控不同供应商绩效指标包括相关价值因素，绩效表现趋势和风险分析来保证分类策略正常运行以及改善措施的实现。
10. Drive continuous Improvement cost reductions through the life of the supplier contracts. 在整个供应商合同合作期间，推动持续改善成本降低。
11.Review supplier performance in accordance to established metrics. 根据建立的评价指标审查供应商表现绩效。
12.Ensure delivery against savings targets at required quality levels. 确保供应商交货在满足质量水品需求的基础上实现成本节约目标。

Bilingual– English and Mandarin Chinese.双语--英语和普通话
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or an equivalent combination of training, certification(s) and experience. 工程学士学位或获得相关培训、证书和经验。
8+ years related experience in sourcing and procurement area.八年采购相关工作经验。
Experience in automotive industry is required. 需要有汽车领域工作经验。
Must have working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF16949 and ISO 14001 practices and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
必须具备相关工作知识，包括ISO 9001, IATF16949 和ISO 14001，以及APQP,FMEA,PPAP 。
Minimum 5 years of experience developing and managing relationships with international manufacturers, suppliers and / or contractors.
至少有五年关于开发和管理内部制造者、供应商以及/或外包供应商的工作经验。
