产品工程师 Product Engineer (职位编号：产品工程师001蓝牙)

1. RFID/蓝牙新产品导入计划与协调。制定新产品导入的项目计划，协调跨部门团队确保项目顺利进行

Plan and coordination. To prepare the project plan for RFID/ Bluetooth new product introduction(NPI), to coordinate the cross-functional teams to ensure smooth progress

2. 技术支持。参与新产品导入评审，提供可制造和可测试方面的建议，优化产品设计，制作数据文件，解决新产品导入过程中遇到的技术问题，技术支援日常生产

Technical support. Participate in NPI review, provide suggestions on manufacturability and testability, compose data files, enhance product design, and resolve technical issues both in NPI stage. support daily production.

3. 工艺开发。制定工艺流程和作业指导书，评估生产工艺、治具、模具和设备，培训生产员工，确保生产过程高质稳定

Process development. Develop process and manufacturing instructions(MI), evaluate production process, tools, mold and equipment, train production staff to ensure quality and stability of production process

4. 质量控制。分析和解决新产品在生产过程中的质量问题，推动持续改进

Quality control. Analyze and solve quality problems of new products in the production process, and drive continuous improvement

5. 成本控制。评估产品制造成本，提出降低成本的建议和措施

Cost control. Evaluate product manufacturing cost and propose cost reduction suggestions

6. 文档管理。归集整理新产品导入过程中的相关文档，包括产品说明书，测试报告，工艺文件，项目总结报告

Document management. Archive related documents in NPI stage, including NPI reports, product specifications, test reports, process documents

7. 供应商管理。

与供应商合作，确保原材料的质量和交付及时性，评估供应商能力，协助供应商改进产品和服务

Supplier management. Work with suppliers to ensure the raw materials quality and delivery in timely, evaluate supplier capabilities, and assist suppliers in improving products and services

Qualification required

所需才能/个人品行

1. 本科或以上学历，工业工程、电子工程、机械工程、电气、自动控制、机电一体化等工程类相关专业；

College degree or above, engineering relevant majors: Industrial engineering, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical, automatic control, mechatronics.

2. 三年以上相关工作经验，有RFID制造或电路板装配的生产工艺流程基础知识，包含贴片，烧录，测试等

3 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of RFID manufacturing or, PCB assembly process, including SMT, burn-in/flashing, testing

3. 具有积极主动的精神、快速学习能力、准确理解客户的需求的能力；

4. 具项目管理思维、以结果为向导的思维和客户至上的理念
