Quality Engineer

- Working with production and vendors to solve all the quality issue.

- Perform product failure analysis.

- Responsible for new project development, working with IDEAL and AP USA engineering and communicate with vendor to qualify new product and/or material.

- Perform new product ISIR measurement and evaluation;

- Auditing supplier and perform supplier performance evaluation.

- Analyzing on customer crimp contact and perform crimp testing if need;

- Provide technical support to customer on certain technical and quality issue;

- Develop new product Inspection criteria, work instruction and IP sheet;

- Train and instruct QC to run product inspection and testing;

- Assisting on maintenance Quality/Environment/OHS management system

- Prepare quality inspection work instruction;

- Prepare inspection fixture/gauge if necessary;

- Lead internal team to handle customer audit or survey;

- Support to figure out product MDS if need;

- Implement safety culture and perform OHS training, evaluation and audit etc. programs;

- Perform internal audit activities;

- Quality data collection, analysis and take actions to follow up;

- Perform Continuous improvement programs and/or activity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree, mechanical major;

- Working Experience: 3 years above at quality engineering, has plastic Molding, plating quality technical and wire harness is highly preferred;

- Expertise/Skills: Technical background , familiar with mechanical manufacturing process;

- Knowledge of general manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, schematics, specs, test methods; ability to read a drawing and understanding the basics of metrology;

- Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO14000, TS16949, ISO45001, have internal auditor certificate is preferred

- Language skills: Very good in English (both writing and verbal) and Mandarin

- Personal Attributes: Integrity, proactive, quick learning ability and good teamwork, can-do attitude, able to deliver commitment;

- Team player, self-motivated, result oriented & detailed oriented.

- Good interpersonal skill with all different level of person;

- Familiar with FMEA, QCP, MSA, SPC, 8D tools application.
