EHS Manager

1. In charge of EHS (Environment, Occupational Health & Safety) and the supervision of 6S management.负责公司的EHS（环境、职业健康安全）管理和6S的监督管理；

2. Responsible for safety inspection in company. 负责公司的安全巡检；

3. Timely handle the operating permits, risk report and regular requests. 及时受理作业许可、风险报告和常规请求；

4. Incident investigation and follow-up the corrective action implementation. 事件调查和跟进纠正行动的实施；

5. Supervise the safety compliance from all visitors and contractors. 监督访客和承包商的安全合规性；

6. Be responsible for the safety and occupational health training for all employees of company level, continuously improve the safety and environment-protection awareness. 负责对所有员工的公司级的安全和职业健康培训，持续提升员工的安全和环保意识；

7. Responsible for the supervision of special equipment management, monitoring the operation/maintenance/inspection of crane, compressor, and forklift, etc.负责特种设备使用管理的监督，监控吊机、空压机、叉车等的运行、维保和年检；

8. Responsible for the supervision of emergency aids, fire-fighting system, safety protection equipment and PPE’s management, and hazardous material, dangerous discarded and pollutant discharge management.

负责应急救援、消防系统、安全防护设备和个人防护装备使用管理的监督，以及危险品、危险废弃物和污染物排放管理的监督；

9. Discover, analyze and assess potential safety, occupational health and environmental hazards, provide feasible proposals and make preventive and corrective measures in time.排查、分析和评估安全、职业健康（职业卫生）和环境隐患，提供可行的建议，及时制定预防和整改措施；

10. Prevent and control occupational disease and work injury at minimum level through preventive actions.通过预防措施，把职业病和工伤的发生控制在最低水平；

11. Make contingency plan and organize emergency drill timely.制定应急预案，及时组织应急演练；

12. Make and implement regulations and procedures related to EHS and keep related files and records complete and update.制定并执行与EHS相关的法规和程序，并保持相关文件和记录的完整和更新；

13. Set the Company sustainability/ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals in line with Head quarter’s strategy and requirements, lead the Company to achieve those goals. Make and implement the medium and long-term plans.根据总部的战略和要求，制定公司可持续发展/ESG（环境、社会和治理）目标，带领公司实现这些目标，制定并实施中长期规划；

15. Other works arranged by superior. 上司安排的其他工作。

职位要求/Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above with relative majors, safety engineering is preferred. 本科及以上学历，相关专业，安全工程优先；

2. Familiar with production safety system, relevant regulations and standards. 熟悉安全生产制度、相关法规和标准。

3. 10+ years related working experience in manufacturing industry, and Certified Safety Engineer is preferred. 10年以上制造业相关工作经验，持注册安全工程师证优先。

4. Solid understanding of sustainability concepts and preferred to have the stakeholder management skills. 对可持续性概念有扎实的理解，***具备利益相关者管理技能

5. Good communication and coordinating skill. 良好的沟通协调能力。

6. Good command of English in listening, speaking and writing. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

7. Strong implementation ability.执行能力强。
