1. Responsible whole production management;

2. Ensure anytime safety production;

3. Responsible all basis training and re-education (no include technical);

4. Supporting which no reached target analysis items of PPM (Part Per Million) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectives), and tracking;

5. Lead Workshop and CIT include any type cost reduction;

6. Through management and Tools skill ensure PPM, external complaints reduce minimum;

7. With advance process establish assessment of Phase 4, and suggest how to solve;

8. Reduce directly labor and improve PPH include other type cost saving ;

9. Ensure production process be effective and usually audit house;

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

1. Technical secondary school degree or above

2. Familiar the Quality System (ISO9000 Family)

3. Strong computer application of database management ability include Auto CAD.

4. Strong sense of responsibility and communication skill

5. Basic knowledge in TS16949.

6. Have production management experience more than 3 years.
