Avista BV Junior Analyst Job Description: Being a member of our business valuation team, you will be led by project managers to execute valuation assignments and work for various clients including public and private companies. The valuation projects mainly includes M&A transaction related valuation, financial instrument valuation, business valuation and etc. for various purposes. As a junior analyst, your day-to-day work will include but not limited to the following:

1. Build valuation model tailored for each valuation project;

2. Conduct site inspection and perform management interview with client;

3. Collect market data and perform financial analysis;

4. Perform various research tasks on listed companies, industries, capital markets and etc.;

5. Document valuation results and compose valuation reports;

6. Maintain and update industry database.

5. Quick learner and willing to learn;

6. Ability to work under pressure.
