主要工作职责 / Key Responsibilities:

精密装配与测试 / Precision Assembly & Testing:

● 负责执行Moatti过滤器产品的核心装配任务，严格遵循工艺与质量标准。

● Execute core assembly tasks for Moatti filter products, strictly adhering to process and quality standards.

● 熟练操作半自动测试设备，完成产品性能测试（如压力、流量等），准确记录关键数据并编制专业测试报告。

● Proficiently operate semi-automatic test equipment to perform product performance tests (e.g., pressure, flow), accurately record key data, and compile professional test reports.

● 具备熟练使用各类手动与动力装配工具的能力，理解装配过程的关键控制点， 具有持续优化现场装配工艺流程以提升效率与质量的实践能力 。 Proficient in using various hand and power assembly tools, with a solid understanding of key control points in the assembly process. demonstrated ability to continuously optimize on-site assembly processes to improve efficiency and quality.

● 严格按照作业指导书（SOP）和工程图纸进行操作，确保产品的一致性与可靠性。

● Operate in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and engineering drawings to ensure product consistency and reliability.

技术文件与流程管理 / Technical Documentation & Process Management:

● 能够解读机械装配图、零部件图纸。 Ability to interpret mechanical assembly drawings, component drawings.

● 具备独立编写、优化与更新装配作业指导书（SOP）的能力，以提升装配效率与质量。

● Possess the ability to independently write, optimize, and update Assembly SOPs to enhance efficiency and quality.

● 及时反馈生产异常，并协助推动问题的根本原因分析与解决。

● Provide timely feedback on production anomalies and assist in driving root cause analysis and problem resolution.

质量管理与控制 / Quality Management & Control:

● 了解并能使用QC七大手法等质量工具进行日常数据分析、问题识别与持续改进。 Understand and be able to use quality tools such as QC seven tools for daily data analysis, problem identification and continuous improvement.

● 严格执行质量检验标准，确保出厂产品100%合格。

● Rigorously enforce quality inspection standards to ensure 100% of outgoing products meet specifications.

● 积极参与并推行6S现场管理，保持工作环境整洁、安全、有序。

● Actively participate in and promote 6S site management to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

物料与设备操作 / Material & Equipment Operation:

● 安全、熟练地操作柔性起重机（KBK）进行物料吊运与装配辅助作业。

● Safely and skillfully operate overhead flexible cranes (KBK) for material handling and assembly assistance.

● （优先）持有有效叉车证，并具备叉车操作、仓库物料收发及操作相关经验。

● (Preferred) Hold a valid forklift license and have relevant experience in forklift operation, as well as warehouse material receiving, dispatching, and handling.

任职资格要求 / Qualifications:

必备条件 / Essential Requirements:

● 中专、技校或以上学历，机械、机电一体化等相关专业背景。

● Vocational school, technical school diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

● 四年以上精密机械产品（如过滤器、泵阀、船用设备等）装配经验。

● Minimum of 4 years of experience in assembling precision mechanical products (e.g., filters, pumps, valves, marine equipment).

● 能够解读机械装配图、零部件图纸。 Ability to interpret mechanical assembly drawings, component drawings.

● 具备丰富的柔性起重机（KBK）和半自动测试设备的独立操作经验。

● Extensive hands-on experience in independently operating overhead cranes (KBK) and semi-automatic test equipment.

● 熟悉质量控制工具与6S管理，并能有效应用于实际工作。

● Familiar with quality control tools and 6S methodology, and able to apply them effectively in practical work.

● 熟练使用Microsoft Office软件（Excel, Word, PPT）进行数据记录、报告编写与信息交流。

● Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PPT) for data recording, report generation, and communication.

● 具备优秀的动手能力、问题解决能力和严谨的质量意识。

● Excellent manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, and a rigorous quality mindset.

● 乐观开朗，拥有良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力，主动学习并乐于接受新知识、新方法。

优先考虑 / Preferred Qualifications:

● 具有编写或修订SOP文件的实际经验。

● Practical experience in creating or revising SOP documents.

● 具备精益生产（Lean）与持续改善（Kaizen）的实践经验和思维模式。

● Hands-on experience and a mindset oriented towards Lean Production and Kaizen continuous improvement.

● 有ERP系统（如AX2012等）使用经验。

● Experience using ERP systems (e.g., AX2012).

● 持有有效叉车驾驶证，并具备扎实的实操经验。

● Hold a valid forklift license with solid practical operating experience.

● 具备配合船级社（如CCS, DNV, ABS等）验船师进行产品检验和资格认证的相关经验。Possess relevant experience in cooperating with surveyors from classification societies (e.g., CCS, DNV, ABS) for product inspection and certification.

● 装配及仓库现场团队管理经验。Experience in shopfloor team management within assembly and warehouse environments.
