职位描述

1. Act as Contract Logistics project manager, fully in charge of solution design, cost model, presentation, commercial discussion, contract negociation, project implementation, account management.

2. Taking the role as Customer Representative;

3. Project implementation.

4. Participating the commercial contract discussion/negotiation;

5. Coordinating the cross function teams of the company to ensure a customer’s satisfaction;

6. Support business development manager for new opportunity and marketing activities etc.;

7. Analyze the integration of customer on quality indicators, reliability and service level, deriving from warning network and purpose of improvement action;

8. Evaluate customer satisfaction made by customer (indicator, survey);

9. Other tasks by manager.
