commodity sourcing engineer (职位编号：2025002)

1. Responisble for harness related categories such as cables, connectors and harness covering etc. to define and implement commodity strategy

2. New part sourcing & negotiation, negotiate with suppliers to get best cost and best supplier, give the sourcing proposal with data support

3. Supplier base development and improvement, improve supplier chain or improve cost

4. Identify localization and resourcing opportunity for cost reduction, supply base optimization

5. Annual negotiation and continuously drive material cost reduction to meet saving target

6. Supplier risk management, or provide alternative solution to ensure supply base safety

7. Support other functions for supplier relative problem solving

二、Qualification

Bachelor degree or above

Minimum 5 years purchasing experience in Harness industry

Familiar with automotive harness connection system products and supply base

Good at analysis and problem solving, result-oriented and strong execution

Good communication ability, and anti-pressure ability

Proficiency in office software

Fluent in English
