质检工程师

1. 按照图纸、工艺及/或其他相关文件要求，编写质量计划。

To prepare the quality plans in accordance with the drawings and technological requirements and / or other related documents.

2. 按照图纸、工艺或其他技术文件要求，编写检查记录文件。

To prepare the inspection record docuements in accordance with the drawings and technological requirements or other related documents.

3. 编写完工报告和最终的产品合格证明文件。

To prepare the completion reports and the final product qualification certificate documents.

4. 产品原材料验收。

To inspect and accept documents on raw materials of products.

5. 完成NCR的处理过程。

To accomplish the NCR handling procedure.

6. 协助编写工艺文件，协作监造。

To assist to prepare technological documents and cooperate to supervise manufacturing.

7. 负责对制造活动过程的监察。

任职资格：

1. 具有发电设备的加工、装配、试验，工业制造5年以上工作经验。

More than five years’ working experience in processing, assembling, test, and industrial manufacturing of generating equipments

2. 熟悉主泵机组结构，能熟练进行主泵制造的质量控制。

Familiar with the structure of the RCP unit and expertly performing the quality control on RCP manufacturing

3. 熟悉机械制造的标准和规范；了解RCCM、ASME标准。

Familiar with standards and specifications of machinery manufacturing, and good knowledge of RCCM and ASME standards

4. 具备机械、电气、无损检测和材料等专业方面的常用知识。

General knowledge of machinery, electric engineering, non-destructive examination and material, etc.

5. 熟练使用AutoCAD，绘制二维机械图纸，熟练使用OFFICE系列办公软件。

Proficient in using AutoCAD to draw two-dimension mechanical drawing, and OFFICE series office software

6. 具有一定的英语沟通能力。

General ability of communication in English
