Electrical Engineer（电气工程师）

Carry out safety checking on site electrical disciplines of production equipment and instrument operation & maintenance execution as per site EHS rules. 执行生产设备、仪器仪表的电气相关运行及维护保养作业的安全检查，按公司EHS 规程进行操作。

Jointly trace & justify team ***-hour utilization, maintenance quality/ maintenance cost effectiveness

与团队共同监控及评估团队人工时利用率,　维护质量及维护成本。

61 Ensure compliance： 确保合规性：

Be a positive participator of EHS management of production equipment and related instrument, automation system and ensure EHS compliance

成为公司产线设备及仪表自控系统的EHS合规性管理的主动参与者。

61 GMP related activity：GMP相关活动：

Support GMP related deviation investigation, CAPA implementation, CC management 配合GMP相关的偏差调查，CAPA执行，以及变更管理。

61 Training:培训：

Deliver technical procedure and professional knowledge training to all team members 对团队成员进行专业技能及工厂流程的培训

61 Work procedure standardization： 工作流程的标准化：

Identify, establish & manage the whole life cycle of related engineering SOP鉴别，创建和执行相关工程类SOP的全寿命管理

support CMMS -PM;CM module’s routine management与其它工程师一同承担对CMMS系统预防性维护，响应性维修模块的日常管理

61 Site engineering service planning:厂内工程服务计划：

Jointly take charge of team resource assignment together with annual maintenance planning with other engineers与团队其它工程师共同承担团队资源分配及年度维护计划

61 Project Support:项目期支持：

Participate into key FAT, MC shopfloor witness & SAT execution, take the role as related system qualification shopfloor coordinator参与项目期关键系统FAT，现场安装质量见证SAT的执行, 承担相关系统的现场验证协调者角色。

61 Technical supervision: 技术管理：

Conduct trouble shooting, conduct root causes analysis and countermeasures developing to solve the problems related to core job scope.承担生产相关设备，公用动力设备电气类，自控类故障排查，执行根本原因分析及发展预防措施，解决本职范围内相关系统方面出现的缺陷。

61 Spare parts management：备件管理：

Spare parts stock management.做好备品备件的库存管理。

61 Maintenance management:维修管理:

Conduct preventive & remedial maintenance towards site electrical disciplines of production equipment and automation & instrument system .执行生产设备及相关仪器仪表，自控系统相关的电气类预防性及补救性维护

61 Supplier management:供应商管理:

Jointly take charge of external engineering service provider/ technical solution　outsourcing　 and supplier’s on site activity management.与团队其它工程师共同承担外部工程资源/技术方案的搜寻,以及供应商现场施工的管理。

61 Engineering purchasing management:　工程采购管理:

Be in charge of application approval, order and follow-up of all the spare parts for assigned core job负责核心工作范围备品备件的申购审批流转、订购和到货跟踪工作。

Qualifications

61 Bachelor degree of Engineering degree in (Automation or Electrical disciplines)电气或自控专业全日制本科及以上学历

61 At least 10 years relative field work experience in pharmaceutical/medical device/ food industry, familiar with Facilities; utilities system operation, maintenance and troubleshooting experience.至少10年药厂/医疗器械/食品厂相关领域工作经验,熟悉生产设备及仪器仪表，调试，确认，运行,维修及故障排查，等全生命周期的管理。

61 A full line working knowledge towards mechanical, automation， process equipment. 具备对机械装配, 自控，过程仪表等实用知识。

61 A SME for at least one of above equipment and systems. 至少是上述各系统之一的资深专家。

61 With practicable knowledge for engineering material standards. 具备对各种工程材料标准的实用知识。

61 Fluent in oral English, good at reading and writing 英语口语流利，读写擅长

61 Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook 熟练使用办公软件。

61 Experienced user for at least one of maintenance management software. 至少熟练使用过一款维修管理软件。
