Sourcing Engineer 外企双休

· Execute category sourcing strategy. Develop prefer suppliers, strengthen business relationship with key suppliers and business partners.

· Drive supplier negotiation and competitiveness of cost, delivery, quality, supply flexibility.

· Support supplier escalation of delivery, price, and other business issues.

· Conduct cost & supply performance analysis.

· Drive KPI improvement in cost savings, MOQ, leadtime, payment term, incoterm, flexibility program.

· Support R&D and NPI team to fulfill the new project development/introduction and samples qualification, BOM cost review and analysis etc.

· Work with cross functional team and stakeholders to improve supplier performance.

· Execute business review with key suppliers.

· Conduct supply risk assessment, market intelligence and technology update.

任职资格（专业知识/技能/经验等）Requirements（specialized knowledge/skills/experience ）

01 at least 5 years sourcing experience in category and Sourcing roles in electronics manufacturing industry.

01 Knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical

01 Familiar with the new project development and NPI material & sourcing management

01 Colleague degree above with engineering background at least, English skills will be an extra advantage

01 have cost sense, have proved experience for cost down case

01 Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

01 Good communication skills such as organized and structured presentation

01 Positive mindset and can-do attitude.

01 Candidates with strong experience and knowledge will be considered as Senior Engineer
