属地修质量控制主管

- Responsible for the training of site overhaul quality personnel and the management of site overhaul quality documents;

负责属地修质量人员的培训及属地修质量文件的管理；

- Responsible for the preparation and submission of monthly customer Service site overhaul quality report (to Service Director and P&Q Director).

负责客服部属地修质量月报的编制及递交（给客服总监及运营质量管理总监）

- Responsible for participating in the clarification and customer reporting of site assembly quality issues.

负责参加涉及属地装配质量问题的澄清和客户汇报；

- Lead the FAI of site assembly products, and agree with customers on the format and content of submission documents.

主持属地修装配产品的首检工作，并与客户商定递交文件格式及内容。

- In charge of defining the responsibility of inspector or inspection foreman, inspection team management and coordinating all the relating works of inspection process.

负责定义产品检验员的职责，负责团队范围内员工的管理，协调处理与检验有关的工作；

- In charge of establishing, updating and reviewing management procedures relating quality control requirement

负责编制、升级或评审相关与质量有关的流程管理文件。

- In charge of establishing and updating inspection documents, for example, incoming, process and final inspection control plan, inspection instruction and inspection record.

负责制定和更新进料、过程和最终检验的质量计划、检验指导书和检验记录的等各种质量相关的检验文件；

- In charge of communicating the findings in quality control process with production, or other relevant functions.

负责与生产等相关部门沟通与过程质量控制发现的问题。

- In charge of the statistic and analysis of the quality issue and feedbacking to other relative departments on time and take corrective actions together with other functions if necessary.

汇总各属地修现场发现的质量问题，及时传递到相关部门，并采取相应措施改进，必要时召集相关部门共同解决；

- In charge of handling the NCR from warranty, commission and internal process.

负责属地修NCR的分析、调查和处理、处理及提出改进措施。

- Check the monthly PMP for all the inspectors.

对检验员进行月度PMP绩效考核

- In charge of 5S management in range.

负责本岗位的5S管理；
