The candidate has mastered advanced project management knowledge and skills, is familiar with various software development processes, understands software engineering principles, and is proficient in common software development methodologies. Additionally, they have expertise in software architecture models and are skilled in software project management.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.

· 3+ years of experience at both strategic and operational levels in an international environment.

· Strong background in software management or development, with a deep understanding of the consumer purchase journey across digital and physical channels.

· Experience in bringing overseas content to China.

· Proven leadership and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and drive impact without direct authority.

· Energetic, reliable, and highly skilled in problem-solving.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
