职位描述

Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand all daily office matters in the office area, initiate office procedures, take charge of daily procurement in the office area, and ensure efficient, orderly and economical operation of the office area.
2. Support staff activities preparation, visitor reception and external personnel communication and other comprehensive administrative affairs.
3. Assist in the management of the basic service staff team such as the front desk, cleaning and security, supervise the progress and quality, organize training and learning to improve the ability of members.
4. Responsible for paying part of the daily expenses of the administrative team, and providing relevant information regularly.
5. Other work arranged by the leader.
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, administrative management and other related majors preferred.
2. More than one year of work experience, skilled operation of various office software and equipment.
3. High sense of responsibility, sensitive to numbers, can efficiently deal with tedious affairs and ensure accuracy.
