二、Main Responsibilities主要职责：

1.Responding to general IT requests.

负责日常IT工作要求。

2.Install, configure, and maintain Server / Computer hardware.

安装、配置和维护服务器/计算机硬件。

3.Install, configure, and maintain Client applications (Microsoft 365, SAP Clients, Office, etc.).

安装、配置和维护客户端应用程序（Microsoft

365、SAP 客户端、Office 等）。

4.Troubleshooting common issues about Server / Computer hardware and Client applications.

解决有关服务器/计算机硬件和客户端应用程序的常见问题。

5.Install, configure 2-Layer network devices，Build and maintain basic network (LAN and WLAN).

安装、配置 2 层网络设备，建和维护基础网络（LAN和WLAN）。

6.Troubleshooting basic network issues about LAN and WAN.

解决有关LAN和WAN的基本网络问题。

7.Administer user / computer accounts and groups in Windows AD domain.

8.Creating backup and recovery plans to keep data security.

9.Ensuring security software on computers is kept up to date.

三、Requirements任职要求 ：

College Degree in computer science or a similar field.

计算机科学或相关专业本科学位

Minimum 3-years relevant working experience

至少3年相关工作经验

Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, programming languages, and Office software,

熟悉通用操作系统系统、企业版、编程语言和办公软件，

Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks, better have CCNA or HCIA etc.

Knowledge of basic Information security
