About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Mobile Development Lead to join our team for building an APP with AI FinTech Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing mobile architecture, leading the mobile development and managing vendor relationships. You will stay current with the latest mobile technology stacks and integrate best practices into our development process. Your enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and Financial Technology, along with experience in algorithmic trading, will be crucial in driving our cutting-edge financial applications.

You Will

61 Design Mobile Architecture: Develop and oversee the architecture of mobile applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

61 Lead Mobile Development: Utilize your extensive experience in mobile development to guide and mentor a team of developers.

61 Manage Vendors: Lead and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

61 Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technology stacks and incorporate best practices into the development process.

61 Integrate AI and FinTech: Leverage your passion for Artificial Intelligence and Financial Technology to incorporate these elements into mobile solutions.

61 Leverage Algorithmic Trading: Utilize any experience in algorithmic trading to contribute to the development of cutting-edge financial applications.

You Have

- Minimum of 5+ years in mobile development.

- Proven experience in a leadership role.

- Proficiency in modern mobile stacks (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native) for both Android and iOS.

- Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns.

- Familiarity with AI and FinTech trends and technologies is a plus

- Experience in algorithmic trading is advantageous.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team.

- Experience in managing vendor relationships.

- Constantly seeks to innovate and improve mobile solutions.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
