任职资格Qualification：

˙大学本科及以上学历，汽车及机械制造类相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above, related to automobile and mechanical specialty related;

˙了解APQP,PPAP, FMEA,IATF16949以及其他相关的质量管理工具（如鱼骨图，G8D等）

Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA,IATF16949 and relative quality tools (Fish bone chart, G8D,etc.)

˙具有较强的分析，解决问题的能力；具有良好的汽车零部件行业工程开发和应用经验；能够熟练使用三维开发软件，例如CatiaV5；

Has strong analysis, problem solving skills，Extensive related working experience in the automotive component supply industry;

Good 3D software operation such as CatiaV5;

˙良好的沟通能力 Good communication skill;

˙良好的文档编写能力Good Skill of document writing, e.g. PPT , Excel
