面料业务跟单助理assistant fabric merchandiser

1、跟进客户日常往来邮件，熟练掌握英文。

2、对面料的生产进度、交期进行跟踪、督促工厂按时、按量、按质完成生产任务;

3、熟悉面料生产流程和面料测试，能预见性地发现并协助工厂解决面料生产中可能遇到的问题

4、聪明并有效地协助业务经理完成订单跟进，能做好协调、沟通工作。

5、学习并熟悉面料验货/测试及标准

6、安排订单开立，订舱出货。

7、熟悉并能按照客户要求提供溯源资料和填写表格

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，英语/外贸/纺织/相关专业优先。

2、学习并了解针织、梭织面料及服装相关辅料的性能和品质；

3、对纺织面料的质量及工艺水平有一定的了解

4、工作积极主动，认真细致，有良好的沟通协调能力。

5、熟悉国际贸易，单证实务，跟单信用证

6、英文熟练，书面交流无障碍。

Job Duties –

Perform daily in/out emails & merchandising works

Assit the manager to Contact local/overseas buyers and mills

Develop a good relationship with suppliers in order to receive constant and updated information regarding fabrics

Review lab-dips & test report, sample development, follow up bulk production & etc

Follow up Inspections and Testing

Arrange shipping DOCs and shipment

Familiar Sustanibility，Traceability， Transparent request

Proficient in the use of office software

Requirements –

English/international trade/Textile & Clothing graduate preferable

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese,

Proficiency in PC Applications

Aggressive, Independence, hard-working & possess strong communication skills
