POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing all internal quality improvements and customer quality reports, as well as taking part in the global quality system improvement activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Manages the sharing and implementation of best practices across all business units
61 Responsible for the activities of the Quality Management System
61 Responsible for time management and operational support
61 Manages and produces Quality Assurance measures and metrics which report any trends or process improvement opportunities for each project
61 Manages the training and other required activities for the department.
REQUIREMENTS
61 A university degree required (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
61 Have rich quality work experience in mass production quality control and customer on-site audit.
61 Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.
61 Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
61 Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards.
61 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
61 61 Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
61 Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
61 Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
61 Strong communication skills in both oral and written forms, as well as presentation skills in English and Chinese.
