负责收集和整理 内部和客户侧的需求，并且同其他业务单元（软件，硬件，机械，测试部门等）对这

些需求进行分析和确认。且按照内部配置管理要求进行版本管控和释放。

- Assessment of customer requirement taking into account the concerns functionality, quality and life, cost

and technical compliance including functional safety, Cybersecurity of the components.

综合功能安全，法律法规需求，以及产品质量和寿命等角度综合评估客户需求的合理性

- Design system concept /specific feature concept design based on the requirements

依据客户需求，设计对应的技术实现方案。且方案要具备供应链上的技术可行性。

- Support Change Management/Issue management from system level，Be able to create system

development Plan

可以从系统级别支持项目的变更管理和问题管理,且可以独立制作系统侧的开发计划。

- Development and optimization strategy to enhance system efficiency, thermal performance

熟悉常用的技术手法，来提升系统效率以及逆变器的热表现/噪音表现。

- Leading issue analysis and system integration on the test bench and on the vehicle

制定系统集成方案，编写集成测试用例并执行测试。可以对系统问题进行排查和解决。

- Be able to support warrantee analysis with different discipline.

Requirement:

- Bachelor or above degree in engineering (Electrical/Automotive/semi-conductor or equivalent, power electronic

preferred)

本科及以上学历，工程专业（电气/汽车/半导体或相关专业，电力电子优先）

- At least 3 years of professional experience in NEV automotive sector and a technical background in automotive

(system engineering and collaboration with interfaces hardware, software, test, etc.) at leat 2 years of working

experience in inverter product.

5年及以上新能源汽车行业相关工作经验，具备汽车相关专业技术工作背景（系统工程及硬件、软件、测试

等接口协作）至少2年的逆变器从业经验。

- Good knowledge in project management, insights in requirements and test management and knowledge of ASPICE

compliant development and AGILE development approach

熟悉项目管理，熟悉ASPIC系统开发流程，并能兼容敏捷开发

- Fluent English language, negotiation skills.

英语流利，有谈判技巧

- Self-initiative and structured working style with coaching, mentoring and motivational skill
