职位描述

Business Development:
- Set clear, measurable business development goals and KPIs, breaking them down into quarterly and annual targets, and regularly report on progress to the superior.
- Understand existing customers' needs, offer tailored solutions, and seek upselling and cross - selling opportunities.
- Hunt and develop new clients independently, focusing on priority markets
- Promote existing products/services while collaborating with Asian sourcing offices (Shenzhen, Jakarta, India) to tailor solutions for customer needs.
- End-to-end order and after-sales management, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in business development, such as market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and competitive threats. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, continuously monitoring and evaluating the impact of risks on business performance.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and define actionable strategies to meet objectives.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPI), including margin, turnover, etc., to drive business
growth and profitability.
- Carry out in - depth market research, identifying emerging opportunities, potential risks, and industry trends. Analyze market segmentation, customer demographics, and purchasing behaviors to refine target market strategies.

- Strong personality: Assertive, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive self-starter: Must be highly self-motivated to sustain long-term growth with limited initial accounts.
- Autonomous and organized, with sharp communication skills.
