APN Environmental Manager

- Responsible for regional ESHQ environmental related reporting;

- Provide valuable advise, support and service in ESHQ to APN

- Initiate, develop and coordinate environmental programs in APN to minimize environmental risks ad ensure environmental compliance;

- Provide regional ESHQ envrionmental related reports;

- Conduct environmental risk assessment and develop plans for risk management for operations in the region;

- Provide value-added support in ESHQ topics with expertise, especially in environment;

- Participate in ESHQ review for investment project in the region to ensure compliance;

- Lead on incident investigation and analysis in the region especially for environment incident and release;

- Provide environmental training to ESHQ professionals, employees and contractors;

- Participate in environment and other related committees and associations.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’ or above degree in chemical, aafety or engineering related major

- At least 10 years of experience working in chemical industry with emphasis on enviormnet or ESHQ related,

- A plus with working experience in multi-international companies, in production and/or maintenance, and on managerial level.

- Fluent English skill being able to communicate in English both in speaking and writing.

- Strong responsible for making decision with priority setting and multi-tasking capabilities.

- Capability to make judgment on critical issues and flexibility to manage unexpected situations
