职位描述
The Quality Engineer needs to foresee all quality risk during product developments and guarantee customer satisfaction on product quality.
- Responsible for the product quality assurance with the supplier and technical support to the Sourcing team
- Responsible for product and packaging master sample and set up with suppliers
- Build up and manage product technical sheet, quality criteria, test protocol and Inspection checklists
- Ensure that the products comply with the tests and norms. Work out solutions with supplier if any test failed
- Ensure proper cross-communication between Sourcing, 3rd parties and suppliers on all product development and product-related compliance
- Handle product quality issues and communicate with related departments in time to solve the problems
- Maintain good communication with the suppliers to make sure our quality requirements and standards have been well informed to them
- Follow up customer complaints from stores
- Conduct regular factory visits
- On-site quality control for mass production and guide supplier to make good loading for mixing containers
- Other assignment related to the position arranged by the superior
Requirements:
- College degree or above
- Experience in electrical appliance with understanding of international latest regulation and standard (CE, LVD, EMC, ROHS, ERP, etc.)
- Experience and Product knowledge in power tools/ outdoor furnitures for EU market.
- Previous working experience in quality position (manufacturer / lab) at least 5 years.
- Able to communicate with lab / factory / customer independently and follow product development and validation
- Honest, reliable, dynamic, organized, hard working and independent.
- Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others
- Proficient in English communication (spoken and written)
- Computer literature (windows/ outlook/ MS-office)
- Be able to travel extensively.
