岗位职责responsibilities1. 硬件与网络维护hardware & network maintenanceo 监控并解决业务运营中的it问题，包括计算机、打印机、网络线路等硬件设备的故障排查与维护o monitor and resolve it issues in business operations, including troubleshooting computers, printers, and network infrastructureo 确保网络系统稳定运行，定期检查网络设备状态及性能优化o ensure network stability and optimize performance through regular checks2. 网络安全管理cybersecurity complianceo 参与it团队变更管理流程，协调网络安全策略的实施与更新o participate in change management processes and enforce security policieso 严格遵守集团网络安全政策，定期执行安全审计与漏洞修复o conduct security audits and patch vulnerabilities per company protocols3. 外部协调与应用支持external coordinationo 与合作伙伴及外部顾问协作，提供应用系统技术支持并跟踪问题解决进度o collaborate with partners/vendors to provide application support and track issue resolutiono 根据需求参与系统测试，确保功能与安全性符合标准o perform system testing as required to validate functionality and security4. 英文政策管理english policy documentationo 撰写、更新及维护英文it政策文档，确保内容符合行业规范o draft and maintain it policies in english, ensuring compliance with standards5. 风险与事件响应risk & incident managemento 分析安全风险事件，制定快速解决方案并执行应急处理流程o analyze security risks and execute efficient incident response plans6. 其他任务additional taskso 完成it经理分配的其他技术或行政类任务o complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by it manager任职要求qualifications• 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，2年以上it支持经验• bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, 2+ years of it experience• 熟悉网络管理、硬件维护及常见安全工具（如防火墙）• proficient in network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and security tools (e.g., firewalls)• 具备英文技术文档撰写能力，cet-4以上优先• strong english writing skills for technical documentation (cet-4 preferred)• 良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能适应多任务处理• excellent communication and multitasking abilities
