生产过程质量监控，防止不良品的生产和流动。

Check and confirm the quality monitoring of pre-processing, semi-product and finish product are following the planned procedure, quarantine, marking and handling of non-conformity parts satisfying management requirement, to prevent defect products leaking to following process and customer.

检查确认预加工、半成品和成品的生产流程和质量监控在按计划执行，不良品的隔离、标识、处置符合管理要求，防止不良品流向后工序及客户。

Organize marking, assessing and soring defective semi-product and finish product and prepare WI.

组织标识、评定及选别不良半成品、成品并准备作业指导书。

Revise WI for product assembly and inspection in time according to necessity of quality control.

根据质量管控需要及时更新产品作业和检查的指导书。

Investigate and deal with customer claim, participate define and implement improvement action.

参与客户投诉的调查处理和改善措施的指定和实施。

Summrizing various quality records and reports and make statistic analysis to find improvement opportunity.

汇总各项质量记录和报告并进行统计分析、寻找改善机会。

Other job arranged by supervisor.

Qualifications/ Experience

资格与经验（要具有2年及以上经验）

Major in industry like Mechanical/Electrical, college graduation and above.

机械/电气、模具专业、注塑专业、高分子材料专业等工科类专业，大专以上学历。

English capability to read and write and speak良好英语读写说能力

Capability to read drawing 读图能力

With good communication skill. With good team cooperation spirit 良好沟通能力
